Information on the Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

• Maximum Time to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal: 90 days from receipt of the order.
• Product Conditions: Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. This means products must be intact, unused, with all original labels and in the original packaging.

Procedure to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

1. Notification: To exercise the right of withdrawal, send a written notification by email to info@celebrestore.com within 90 days of receiving the order. Clearly indicate your order number and the reason for the withdrawal.
2. Return of the Product: After receiving confirmation from our customer service, ship the products to our warehouse within 14 days from the date you notified us of the withdrawal. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Refund: Once we have received and inspected the returned products, we will issue the refund within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Exceptions

• Sealed Products: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of sealed products that have been opened after delivery.
